Cancellation policy
- 14-day cancellation policy
- Cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in receive a 25% refund.
House rules
- Check-in 5:00 PM; checkout 11:00 AM
- No smoking, parties, or events allowed
- Pets allowed — up to two pets, $50 per day
- Only listed guests may stay or visit; $35 per extra guest, per night, after 6 guests
- Before leaving, gather used towels and throw away trash
